Applied research and design of an MVP platform for real estate operations, aimed at centralizing processes and reducing manual work.

Project Context
InmoCRM is an MVP in development based on applied research in software engineering (Final Degree Project).
The starting point was a recurring problem in Latin American real estate agencies: manual processes, isolated tools, and repetitive administrative work.
The goal of this stage is to design a platform that allows managing the real estate operation from a more centralized place, without promising results that are not yet verified.
The Problem
The research identified common friction points in the sector:
- Manual property publishing across multiple channels
- Duplication of administrative tasks
- Lack of centralized metrics
- Generic CRMs not adapted to the real estate domain
The observed problem is not only technological, but one of process: the operation grew without a tool designed to support it.
The Next Wrld Approach
We approached this stage as research and design, guided by three principles.
Think in domains, not features
Each part of the real estate business was modeled as a domain: users, properties, listings, and metrics.
Modular design from the start
The design proposes separating modules so the platform can evolve without costly rewrites.
AI with judgment
Artificial intelligence is considered an optional component that adds value only when it improves a concrete task, not as a product requirement.
Solution Design
An MVP was designed with these decisions:
- Modules separated by domain (users, properties, listings, metrics)
- Event-based communication
- Separation between operational data and queries
- Optional AI for property descriptions and recommendations
Current Status
InmoCRM is at the MVP in development stage. Verified capabilities, results, and dates will be published once they are approved. This page does not describe a system in use or measured results.
