Next Wrld Team
Each project combines these perspectives with design, frontend, backend, product and infrastructure as needed. Gabriel and Cleibert lead direction and important decisions.
Next Wrld
Next Wrld starts from one idea: before building software you need to understand which problem is worth solving.
We combine product, design and engineering to create solutions that are useful for the business and for the people who will use them.
Why we exist
Many companies grow by accumulating tools, spreadsheets, manual processes and systems that work separately.
What used to be enough can start requiring more coordination, more repetitive tasks and more people moving information from one place to another.
We start by understanding what is happening, what you want to improve and which path is worth following, before talking about software.
We understand before building, we connect business and technology, and we keep things simple when possible.
The team
Next Wrld brings together product, design and engineering profiles to build end-to-end solutions.
Depending on each project, we combine experience in product, UI/UX, frontend, backend, architecture, automation, integrations and infrastructure.
Gabriel Pérez Federico and Cleibert Castillo lead Next Wrld and are the visible faces of the company, but we work with a broader team.
We want each person to contribute where they can add value, without adding unnecessary layers between the problem and the people solving it.
Who leads Next Wrld
Gabriel and Cleibert lead Next Wrld’s direction from two different places.
Product, experience and engineering are part of the same conversation from the start.
Gabriel works across product, engineering and software architecture, turning business needs into systems that sustain real processes.
His experience combines two different contexts: developing and evolving software inside established organizations, and building products from their earliest decisions.
Product and engineering experience
He worked on backend systems and integrations for digital content processing and distribution.
His work has included asynchronous processing, messaging, databases, automation and integrations tied to content flows for platforms such as Disney+, Prime Video and Apple TV.
He developed backend services, integrations and event-driven processes for telecommunications and digital services.
He has worked with Go microservices, Kafka-based processing, MongoDB and integrations with external providers, in systems where reliability, traceability and idempotency are an important part of the design.
For several years, Gabriel has been directly involved in evolving a platform used by an international organization.
His work has included legacy modernization, redesign of parts of the data model, backend and frontend evolution, architecture, new features, deployment and ongoing maintenance.
The platform centralizes areas such as users, teams, locations, reporting, training, inventory and different access levels.
Gabriel works directly with the person responsible for the product, taking part in both technical decisions and needs and priority definition.
The platform has around 14,000 registered accounts, as context for the scale the system sustains.
Before Next Wrld, Gabriel also co-founded Venfast, working on service architecture, APIs and product building.
That experience reinforced a way of working where product and engineering are thought together from the start.
At Next Wrld, that experience converges in own products such as AION Wellness and InmoCRM and in projects where he takes part from understanding the problem to defining product, architecture, data, backend, integrations and infrastructure.
His work is deciding which system makes sense to build, as well as how to build it.
Cleibert works at the intersection of user experience and frontend development, turning business needs into clear, easy-to-use interfaces.
He works with Vue.js and React, UI/UX design, prototyping, e-commerce and digital payments, always tied to commercial goals.
Product and experience background
At Next Wrld he focuses especially on product experience, interface design and frontend development of solutions such as AION Wellness and InmoCRM.
He has also taken part in developing the brand’s own digital experience.
He developed digital platforms, landing pages and commerce and payment flows.
He has worked with WordPress, Stripe, WooPayments and conversion-oriented experiences.
He designed wireframes, interactive prototypes and usability tests, and carried UI/UX decisions into product with engineering teams.
His focus is turning product logic into a clear experience for the people who have to use it every day.
Two perspectives, one direction
Neither the interface nor the architecture is enough on its own.
You need to understand the problem, define the product, design a clear experience and build a technical base that sustains it.
Each project combines these perspectives with design, frontend, backend, product and infrastructure as needed. Gabriel and Cleibert lead direction and important decisions.
Gabriel, Cleibert and the rest of the team think of each solution as a complete product.
A direct relationship
Gabriel and Cleibert remain directly involved in Next Wrld’s direction and in important product and technology decisions.
We seek to understand why a problem exists before proposing how to solve it.
You discuss important decisions with the people defining the solution.
We explain what we are doing, which alternatives exist and why we recommend a path.
We stay involved from understanding the problem until the solution can be used in a real context.
Tell us what is happening and what you want to improve, without technical terms.
Applied experience
We evolve existing software and build products from an idea.
We look at each project from three places: business, user and system.
Own products
Building our own products forces us to ask the same questions that appear in our clients’ projects.
A product by Next Wrld
Platform for fitness centers designed to centralize memberships, plans, payments, members and cash closes in the same experience.
We decide what is worth building, what stays out and how to validate each decision.
AION lets us live the product from both sides: as the team that designs and develops, and as the people responsible for deciding what to build and how to evolve it.

What we don’t want to be
We are not a feature factory.
Part of our work is deciding what is not worth building.
We don’t confuse feature quantity with product quality.
How we work
We treat product, design and engineering in the same conversation.
First we understand what is happening and decide the path. Then we build the solution, bring it into the real context and evolve it as needs change.
Let’s work together
If there is a process, system or way of working starting to limit your company, we can start by understanding what is happening.
Then we define together which path is worth following.
